Motion Designer

A 3D look development and motion design project exploring Hublot's watch through abstraction — pulling apart its material qualities to create imagery that communicates craftsmanship and premium positioning without literal representation.

Moving beyond product photography to find a more elemental expression of the watch required stripping it back — surface, geometry, reflection — and rebuilding it as pure visual sensation.

Process & Approach

Material as subject.

Redshift rendering with layered custom material setups pushed each surface toward its most legible and beautiful state. Abstract compositions were developed alongside cinematic motion to give the work breadth.

Outcome

A body of stills and motion work that communicates luxury through restraint — using material quality and compositional precision to convey craftsmanship more persuasively than any product shot alone.
